CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellations within 24 hours will be charged 40% of your service or in case of a no-show you will be charged 100% of missed appointment. I understand that things come up therefore specific instances will be considered on a case by case basis BUT THERE NEEDS TO BE COMMUNICATION. IF YOU ARE SICK REACH OUT TO ME TO RESCHEDULE. I will not take you if you come in sick for the safety of other providers and clients. Grace period for appointments is 15 minutes. If after 15 minutes you have not communicated with me then it will be counted as a no show, cancelled and charged 100% of the service. All clients will be automatically charged for any no call/no show appointments Winter Weather Policy: Please keep in mind that I do not live near the salon therefore if I do not feel safe driving I will reach out to reschedule regardless of the current level. Level 1 snow emergency - You can reach out and cancel with no cancelation fee If you don’t feel safe driving, this goes for both client and provider. Level 2 or 3 snow emergency - All appointments will be cancelled for the day and I will reach out to reschedule.
